Coil Technology

The coil is assembled with the highest standard oxygen-free copper conductive copper tube flat-wound. The coil design without support column is integrally wound. The water-cooled coil and the effective coil are integrally formed by copper tubes, without subsections, and are welded by silver electrodes. The two adjacent copper tubes of the induction coil are strictly insulated and adopt advanced segmentation technology. After the coil is sprayed with imported insulating paint, it becomes a complete structure and is pressed by the upper and lower steel structures in the furnace body. The overall structure Sturdy, no deformation problems. Appropriate number of coil turns can obtain maximum electrical efficiency, and the coil is supplied with cooling water by multiple water circuits, which are evenly distributed. The inter-turn arc-shaped insulating spacers also ensure uniform coil spacing, optimal proportions, and facilitate moisture evacuation. The closed design of the induction coil is wrapped with insulating and high temperature resistant materials to prevent high temperature metal dust from splashing and damaging the induction coil. It is not easy to ignite and maintenance-free later. High electrical efficiency, good insulation, strong air permeability and firmer structure. The non-support column process coil is assembled in an open steel structure, which is convenient for daily maintenance of the coil and the yoke. Components such as coils can be separated horizontally, making it easy to deal with problems. The overall structure of the coil is sturdy and has strong mechanical strength, and there is no need to worry about deformation after long-term use of the furnace lining push-out device to dismantle the furnace.
